I’m Brandon. I realized a few years ago that I wanted to blog about my personal experiences with mental illness and see if I can provide something other people can relate to. Having dealt with OCD, Anxiety, Depression, and a few other issues I always felt like no one really understood what I was going through. As I connected with other people I realized it was pretty common that others like me felt like their problems weren’t being taken seriously. My mental health blog is a way for me to not only vent about what I go through but to also provide something people can relate to and hopefully fun them to feel not so alone.
I’m hoping to be able to put more time into this blog and help spread mental health awareness. I also plan to write about other topics too, like the weirdness that is turning 30 and trying to crawl my way out of corporate life.
